|Recommended: NoHas Been Stressful — Got stuck in elevator, have told staff that my parking spot keeps getting taken for weeks now with zero resolution or acknowledgement, no AC in the gym, broken seats on the bikes in the gym, has been pretty bad start to new lease.

|Recommended: YesGreat property — I moved into my apartment at Modera Golden Triangle in August and have had a great experience so far in the last couple months. Maintenance and leasing staff are super friendly and helpful. There have been a lot of growing pains from the apartment being new and opening up the amenities. Most things have really taken longer than estimated but they've been pretty good about keeping us updated with any information as it becomes available. I don't hold the timelines against the leasing staff or Modera because I know those things are never usually done within estimated timeframes anyway and are out of the control of the staff. I have been enjoying my time here so far and look forward to when all the building has to offer is fully open and functional. I appreciate the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff through that process.

The amenities perfect and my tour guide was very friendly, professional. and accommodating. I toured a number of apartments in the area, this one really left an impression on me. If I hadn't already committed apartment another community, I would've definitely been pleased to call this place home.
